Why I want more games is beyond me considering I don't play any of them currently...

But alas I want these as well.

In honor of Halo 4 coming out tomorrow

I highly suggest anyone who hasn't check out these short films that have released every Friday to prepare us for the awesome game coming out.

 

 

 

 

Now after you go and vote (And seriously I don't give a flying monkey who you vote for so don't tell me) go watch the vids, preorder if you still can from here (if you can no longer preorder then just suck it up and purchase and be ready to rock next week) and be prepared to go bananas when this shows up tomorrow!

Dragon Age

Alright so I moved the Xbox up to the room earlier tonight (If you follow me on twitter you already know this) and to celebrate I started a new game player/game on Dragon Age. This time I am a Danish Elf Rogue with mad stealth and dual weapons. Here I For the few who don't know I am usually a mage (no idea why it is just who I am) so for me to go out and do the warrior thing with weapons was new for me. I am ALWAYS an elf I have no idea why I pick that race over all the other options but eh I do. Next time if I ever start another new game...

NERD MOMENT: so I have in fact never finished this game EVER. I always get to the point where we go out to the different cities to UNITE the peps or whatever it is we are trying to do there and yet I never finish?!?! What the frack seriously it's like I give up after the first city and cry TOO HARD and move on. But not this time my friend (I hope) not this time... nerd moment/confession over

I shall be a dwarf or a human but more than likely I will be a dwarf. Okay that is all for now. Oh wait I did start the game my character is a red headed elf who is just now going to light the tower or whatever that quest is if I could find the damn tower. Its been so long since I've played this I find it hard to remember the tricks. Plus I'm a rogue so that doesn't help last time I froze people and whatnot... oh well. Wish me luck.

I have never played Halo (I know, I know...) so which one should I get? Which one do you Gaming nerds out there highly suggest?

Mass Effect

So I caved I wasn't going to buy into all the freakin hype about Mass Effect 3 came out today and yadda yadda. But, then I read a review on the game and found out the main character is Sheppard... Uh hello Stargate Geek in me died a little.

So yeah I decided if I am going to jump on this bandwagon I am going to start at the frackin' beginning... (Yes my OCD with series and books also pertains apparently to video games). So I did it I bought Mass Effect and once my midterms are over I plan to play to see if this is really a game I can get into... Ha!

Christmas Break

HOLY crap I love, love, love and heart the Xbox with kinect that I got for Christmas... MAN is it fun... tonight I played Kincect Adventures, Dragon Age and I even managed to get lost and killed by rats in Oblivion which please don't ask b/c I SUCK major balls at that game...

I am hoping that I will kick major balls by next month but it is highly doubtful since I still can't figure out how to keep my DAMN torch from burning out STUPID torch WTH why can't you last long enough for me to get out of the FRACKIN' dungon... stupid game and the absolute sucker punch is having to use both stick controls with BOTH hands in order to see what you STUPID character sees... but am I giving up NO! I refuse so I will be trying again at a later date.

On the Dragon Age front I am kicking MAJOR Balls so I'm happy there! All b/c my bestie Em sent me like 20 pages of information that she has learned I'm trying so frackin hard not to use it or look at it but sometimes for the love of all things happy I must!!!!

Let's see I started reading again which has been nice since school is going to start soon I thought I should get enjoyment out of what I read before I am forced to read stuff that while interesting doesn't have blood, gore, space, or love in it. Well that is all that is new with me for now I shall update later I hope!

Dragon Age Origins

So when I got my Xbox I had to pick some new games to play and well to be frank I have never been much of a gamer. That is until I got the Xbox it appears all I currently want to do is play games specifically Dragon Age Origins. Which, kind of sucks for me because I have no idea what I am doing and half the time that I am playing I am regretting mistakes made... the other half I am running in circles trying to make sense of anything or everything. Needless to say so far I have created a mage, a warrior, and a rouge. I still have no idea what is what or why they are different and what is different between a human, elf or dwarf and which is better. Add to that I can't seem to get pass the first quest as a mage or the stupid first city as anything else. UGH!!! it is so frustrating and yet time sucking!!! Its like a catch 22 I don't want to play it but I can't help but play it...

Needless to say last night I finally gave up and asked a really good friend who happens to be a GAMER in every sense of the word who wanted to buy me this game for Christmas and was really pissed to find out I had already bought it... anyway she sends me this email to help me with the game PLUS the game book... the book is like 900 pages of information and her email printed was like 10 and that was only the first email. Its enough to make a girl want to quit... and yet I am bound and determined to not let this stupid game defeat me... that was until she told me it took her 3,000 hours to defeat the stupid thing... LORD help me b/c I surely don't have that much time...

Oh well for now it is still one of the best games I have played in a long time and that includes Sims so I am off to go and try to kill some darkspawn and level up... until next time... I wonder if the Dragon Age book counts as one of my reading challenges?
